- 1 cup milk of choice
- 4 oz Ginger Shanti-Jun
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. hemp powder
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey
- 4 frozen bananas
